I called around today looking for someone available on the holiday weekend to fix our AC. Everyone was closing early, so I went to Facebook to ask around there. Richard Crowe messaged me saying he could head our way. He was here in less than 20 minutes, found the problem in less than 5, and didn’t even charge us for his time. We’ll 100% be signing up for a maintenance plan through Crowe Services!

New air condition unit

Temps comfortable upstairs this am. Many thanks to Tyler and Ash for all of their hard work in the heat yesterday. Those two unquestionably went above and beyond to restore upstairs compressor. Had a problem with my air this weekend. Called and sent a video of my issue. Crowe offered to come out an fix it on the weekend but since it wasn't urgent, I had them come today. They were here first thing this morning and had it up and running quickly. They have always been our go to for HVAC. They installed both new units for us several years back after several years of repairing our older ones. They do a fantastic job and are reasonably priced. I have also used them for a plumbing leak and was pleased.
