Water started surfacing through the laminate in our hallway, right next to the furnace closet, and I had no idea whether I was looking at an AC problem or a slab leak. Called Crowe and they got me scheduled quickly. Devin was the tech who came out and he was excellent. He tracked down the condensate drain line, found the blockage that was causing the backup, and got it cleared. What I appreciated most was that he actually explained what he was finding. He diagnosed the actual problem and fixed the actual problem. Courteous, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond.

I highly recommend Crowe Services. They did complete new furnace and AC unit installations at my previous address and have maintained my furnaces and AC units at the new house. They have installed a tankless water heater to replace 2 hot water heaters at the end of their life at the new house. They are honest and professional and I will be a customer for life.

We have done business with Crowe for years. They ran and installed gas logs for us. Weve had a maintenance agreement with them and have been very pleased. Recently, we had some problems with our air-conditioning system.
