Mr. Nathan Scott provided preventative and corrective maintenance to the AC unit on my home. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind - took the time to explain what was wrong and how to properly care for the unit in between services. He was also respectful to my home and showed up as scheduled. I would recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with their AC units.

Been using Crowe for about a year. And I must say they are very,very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and most importantly honest. Whenever someone asks me if I know a plumbing and HVAC company I send them to Crowe!

Tech Lundon Sandridge was great! He did my pre summer tuneup and I’ve never seen a tech so thorough he broke the entire compressor down and cleaned it, in the past I’ve only seen them spray the outside. I’ll definitely request him every time!

We came home from vacation to find our home like an icebox and the main level furnace on the fritz. After asking neighbors in Germantown for a reliable and honest service company, we received several referrals for Crowe Services. They were correct on all counts! I phoned Richard Crowe at 3:00 on Friday afternoon and he had his lead tech, Jonathan Owens, at my home within the hour. Jonathan was friendly and professional, quickly and correctly diagnosed the issue as an electrical short and, after stripping a few wires and tightening one or more connections, voila, we had heat! I had an issue this weekend with one of my two gas furnaces in my house in Germantown. I called Crowe today at 10:00 am cst. They had availability for between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm today. The technician arrived at 1:10 pm cst. An hour later, my issue was totally resolved for under $300. Crowe also helpede me in January 2024 on the same unit, replacing an inductor motor (or something like that). They are experts at their business. They respond as soon as they can. They charge a very fair price. I'm no a lifelong Crowe customer!

We had been putting off a new system for as long as possible and when we couldn't delay it any longer, we got multiple estimates and thought carefully about our decision. We went with Crowe, specifically using Chris, and I'm so glad we did. It was a hard job and it was done with professionalism and consideration of our home and our schedules. Even after installation, I have been able to contact Chris and he has helped me with the smallest things, even learning how to use auto on the thermostats when the seasons changed six months later! I was more than a sale to Crowe, and I'm so glad we chose them as our HVAC partners.

I used Crowe Services to replace a water heater and perform a repair on the second one. They provided superior customer service, efficiency, and high-quality products! I will always be a Crowe Services customer!!

Lundon was at our house today. He did an OUTSTANDING job. He went beyond our expectations in trying to figure out a problem we have with the heat. He even went into the attic to figure it out. He then serviced the fireplace in a most meticulous cleaning. We were pleasantly surprised by his dedication. This young man deserves a raise!!!

After using several different HVAC companies in town, thanks to my daughter I found the best in town. Crowe Heating & Air is honest, reliable, and their work speaks for itself. They replaced an entire heating system in my home and installed new ducts, vents, etc. so I would no longer need a sump pump and the heat would be balanced throughout my home. If you need a company you can count on call Crowe!

The employees were extremely helpful and polite. They answered all our questions and did not try to sell us anything more expensive. Draylon, our sales rep, was super nice and responded quickly to all our questions. How about 10 stars? Would if I could! The guys installing let us know they were coming (on time too), and the communication throughout the process was excellent. They cleaned up the areas and did a great job.

We've had an issue with our upstairs not cooling when the temperature was greater than 90 degrees. Richard and his team were able to access the issue, rework the ductwork, and place a system capable of handling the temperatures of Memphis summers. We had the best night sleep we have had in the last 11 years last night thanks to the great design (Wes) and hard work of the installers!

Crowe Hearing and Air came to my rescue, saving me over $12,000. When my upstairs AC system stopped last week I called my service I had used for several years. Their recommendation was a new system costing over $12,000. My neighbor suggested I get a second bid and highly recommended Crowe. Looking over their website I read numerous ratings of exceptional service. Richard, the owner, came to my house the next day with a team of technicians. After inspection they said I did not need a new system just maintenance . The next day TJ came over to conduct a thorough maintenance on both my systems. Even sent a plumber out to check the AC lines.WOW, what service. I now have a new ACHearing and plumbing family!

These guys really went above and beyond to solve our AC problems. When I pulled up to the house during the afternoon, my dash read 99° outside and this is what our thermostat read inside. This time last week it was 85° in our home so needless to say I’m beyond a happy customer! I couldn’t recommend reaching out to Richard, Chris, and Rickie for any and all of your HVAC needs. If you are searching for a locally owned HVAC company, I highly recommend Crowe Services. We have a zoned A/C system in our home that has been difficult to regulate. Daniel Calaio replaced a faulty electronic damper motor and then made adjustments to the unit so that it is cooling the way it should be. Richard Crowe also stopped by to introduce himself and took the time to help Daniel adjust the system to make sure the it was cooling properly. Their charges were very reasonable and I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs!
