I called Crowe New Year’s Eve morning after finding that the upstairs was freezing. We had a houseful of visiting family in town. M.J. Hughes came quickly to the rescue, immediately found the problem, but would have to come back Friday after the parts suppliers opened. He met our folks from Seattle and Dublin, Ireland, and made it his mission to find the part right away from one of his fellow workers, and came right back to get it fixed…way above and beyond expectations..

If you are searching for a locally owned HVAC company, I highly recommend Crowe Services. We have a zoned A/C system in our home that has been difficult to regulate. Daniel Calaio replaced a faulty electronic damper motor and then made adjustments to the unit so that it is cooling the way it should be. Richard Crowe also stopped by to introduce himself and took the time to help Daniel adjust the system to make sure the it was cooling properly. Their charges were very reasonable and I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs!

I could write a hundred different amazing reviews for this wonderful business! They came out before Christmas and replaced my garbage disposal and saved my holiday dinner clean up from being absolutely atrocious! Thank you so much for all the wonderful care and people that are a part of this company!

They told me what I needed and explained what I could do preventatively since they would have everything apart. I liked that they presented options without any hard sell at all. They fixed my issue on time and at a fair price.

I reached out to Crowe because I’ve seen a truck doing work in my neighborhood. I originally asked them to help with HVAC issue from a different company’s work and they diagnosed easily and asked if I needed anything else. I offered up a couple plumbing problems that other companies couldn’t figure out or suggested way more work than felt necessary. In about an hour my plumbing issues were fixed without invasive work or large expense. I highly recommend Crowe because they’ve fixed my problems quickly and at a reasonable price when others couldn’t or wouldn’t. Chris Nicholas with their sales dept was nice and easy to deal with and made sure we were taken care of. Jamey was excellent with getting our plumbing issues fixed and Chris Thomas took care of HVAC issues fast. I could not recommend them enough.

Once again Diane and Richard came through for me. Cant recommend this business enough!!! I myself have been a repair tech for 20 years and honestly dont ever wanna work on one again. As long as crowe is here I wont even work on my own
