I recently had a need to have heat tape installed on our outdoor kitchen water lines. They were able to respond quickly and had very reasonable prices. Their technicians were polite and efficient. We got the water lines insulated before the really cold temperatures hit.

Having been using Crowe for years (equip maintenance plans, repairs, new equip, etc)... they go above and beyond every single time... cannot recommend them enough!

I called Crowe New Year’s Eve morning after finding that the upstairs was freezing. We had a houseful of visiting family in town. M.J. Hughes came quickly to the rescue, immediately found the problem, but would have to come back Friday after the parts suppliers opened. He met our folks from Seattle and Dublin, Ireland, and made it his mission to find the part right away from one of his fellow workers, and came right back to get it fixed…way above and beyond expectations..

If you are searching for a locally owned HVAC company, I highly recommend Crowe Services. We have a zoned A/C system in our home that has been difficult to regulate. Daniel Calaio replaced a faulty electronic damper motor and then made adjustments to the unit so that it is cooling the way it should be. Richard Crowe also stopped by to introduce himself and took the time to help Daniel adjust the system to make sure the it was cooling properly. Their charges were very reasonable and I will be using them for all of my HVAC needs!

I could write a hundred different amazing reviews for this wonderful business! They came out before Christmas and replaced my garbage disposal and saved my holiday dinner clean up from being absolutely atrocious! Thank you so much for all the wonderful care and people that are a part of this company!

They told me what I needed and explained what I could do preventatively since they would have everything apart. I liked that they presented options without any hard sell at all. They fixed my issue on time and at a fair price.

Chris came out, diagnosed the problem and then told me the part number needed for the fix. This is all while he was patient with my questions and willing to teach. Real stand up guy and I will be using Crowe Services again.
