London Sandridge did an excellent job! He was here nearly 3 hours, diagnosed the problem & repaired our upstairs unit in about 15 minutes. Had the part with him & replaced the capacitor. Took plenty of time to thoroughly clean both units. Then he checked both units to be sure they were cooling properly. Recommended the annual 2 appointments to check & clean the systems. We had been looking for a reliable, reasonable company to provide this service & are happy London suggested it. He was very polite, arrived right on time & made sure everything needed was done. I hope you will send him to our house in the fall for the furnace check. The young lady who took my call initially- Shelby (i think) was very polite & efficient also. I received a text & email confirming the appointment within 10 minutes of my call. We look forward to doing business with your very professional company!

In follow-up to a service call at my Germantown home last Friday, Crowe Services installed a new air conditioning fan motor this afternoon. They quickly diagnosed the issue last Friday, they quickly located a replacement motor for a 33 year-old 2.5 ton air conditioner, installed it in under 45 minutes! It now performs perfectly. I've used Crowe Services since returning to Germantown from Denver, CO. I'm very happy with their prompt service, accurate diagnosis of issues, reasonable quotations that have each solved the 4 major repairs they have made for me. Crowe Services/Heating and Air is a wonderful company that provides exceptional customer service!!!

Extremely professional and kind. Fixed our ac before this week of excessive heat where another company said it was not repairable. We will be purchasing a new system with Crowe and all future business will 100% go to Crowe! Thank you so much. I have so many additions but this afternoon when I got here from work my elderly mother’s toilet was not flushing right. Of course I called Crowes and they were here and Larry the gentleman that came out was amazing! Fixed us up again! Thanks Crowes for all your hard and amazing work!

Larry came early! He was pleasant and explained the services that they had to offer. Service fee was the normal price. By the time he got here I had figured it out. He did however instruct me on a far better way to fix the issue going forward. As a retiree on a fixed income I do appreciate the instruction. I will in the future be calling Crowe services. So nice to deal with pleasant people.

Crowe Services is Top Notch in every way! We had an emergency with our unit and they were able to come out in less than 24 hours during their busiest season and get us fixed up! Richard and his team are truly AMAZING! Great communication, great responsiveness, and the best experience I've ever had with an HVAC company! We will never use anyone else! Crowe Services/Heating & Air was included in the companies I used to get estimates on A/C & furnace installation. Crowe was included because the company has an A+ BBB rating, has very positive Google reviews and was a finalist in the Commercial Appeal's "Memphis Best" HVAC category. Draylon, Crowe sales rep., was very professional and knowledgeable in helping me make my decision. After reviewing the pricing options of four A/C & heating companies and two independent licensed individuals, Crowe Services/Heating & Air was selected to install my complete A/C & furnace systems. Crowe has very competitive pricing. Other factors taken into consideration included Crowe's 10-year parts warranty (standard for most companies), three (3) year labor warranty (many have only one year labor warranties) and first year of maintenance with all full systems. The installation process went smoothly. The installers were very skillful, protected my floors with coverings during installation and hauled away old equipment. The installation will be inspected by the city of Bartlett code enforcement. In summary, I am very satisfied with Crowe Services/Heating & Air sales (competitive pricing) and installation processes and highly recommend this company.

I appreciate Crowe Services' quick response late yesterday afternoon when my air conditioner stopped working. I was recovering from minor surgery and really needed to stay cool. I have a maintenance contract for my 3 units and today, Nathan Scott came out to perform the AC maintenance. He did an awesome job explaining and showing with pictures what he found and what I should do now vs waiting. Highly recommend Crowe Services.
